At Down & Frayed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Wrong Sizes: If you receive an item that doesn't fit correctly, we offer hassle free returns. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.

  • Return Period: You may initiate a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@downfrayed.store within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

  2. Packaging: Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
